Capacity Building Workshop dedicated to Infrared and Submillimeter Astronomy

The Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) was established by the International Council for Science in 1958. The main objectives of COSPAR include the promotion of scientific research at international level space, with emphasis on the free exchange of results, information and opinions, and providing a forum open to all scientists to discuss problems that may affect space science. These objectives are achieved through the organization of symposia, publications and other related media. In recent years, COSPAR has created a series of research programs on various subjects, some in collaboration with other scientific associations.
